Is everything handmade or small batch?

Yes! Each Jkaye Creations piece is designed and made with care using a range of tools and technology. Every item is designed by Jenna in her Denton, TX art studio! Some items are completely handmade and others are small batch orders from other professional vendors in order to offer the highest quality products as possible!

Will my item look exactly like the pictures?

Please note that I work diligently on each piece to make sure it is the absolute best quality possible! However, due to the handmade nature - some items may vary or include small quirky details that differ from the images on the website. This means that all items are truly one of a kind!

How long does it take?

The current shipping time for pre-made items is 3-5 business days.

The timeline for Special Request orders will be determined once all details are established and a deposit is paid.

I ship within the United States via USPS and UPS. Tracking information will be sent when orders are shipped.

Please note: Saturday, Sunday, and US Federal Holidays are not considered business days.

I am thankful for every order and customer satisfaction is my top priority! Please note that processing times are estimated. I will send updates if any unforeseen circumstances create delays.

Do you offer refunds, returns, or exchanges?

Processing begins as soon as a new order is received. As such I am not able to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

However, I am happy to offer repairs or replacements if an item is damaged please contact me with details and images. I will determine the repair or replacement time-frame and if any fees apply. I may ask you to ship at your expense and/or cover the cost of replacement materials, this will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
